HMT Cinema provides an online platform for:

• Browsing currently showing movies and showtimes.
• Online seat selection and ticket booking.
• Digital wallet management for making payments.
• Viewing booking history and managing your account.

3. User Registration

To use our booking services, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address and phone number.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Digital Wallet

• The HMT Cinema wallet is a prepaid digital wallet used exclusively for booking movie tickets on our platform.
• Wallet top-ups are processed manually by our team — you must contact us with your payment details to get your wallet credited.
• Top-ups will be credited to your wallet once our team verifies and confirms your payment. This typically happens within a few hours during working hours.
• Minimum top-up amount is ₹100 and maximum is ₹5000 per transaction.
• The wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used on the HMT Cinema platform.
• HMT Cinema reserves the right to suspend or close wallet accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5. Ticket Booking

• All ticket bookings are subject to availability of seats and shows.
• Ticket prices are set per movie and may vary for different seat categories (Diamond, Gold).
• Once a booking is confirmed and the wallet is debited, the ticket is considered purchased.
• You must present a valid booking confirmation (QR code or booking ID) at the cinema for entry.
• HMT Cinema reserves the right to cancel shows due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be credited to your wallet.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information.
• Attempt to manipulate wallet balances or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Resell or commercially exploit tickets purchased through our platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our website.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the HMT Cinema website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of HMT Cinema or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

HMT Cinema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket or transaction in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ashok Nagar, Madhya Pradesh.
